The Data Protection Officer (D.P.O.) has been recently introduced by the European regulation. The D.P.O. has an independent and autonomous role and gurantees that all basic requirements in terms of privacy are respected. This role is covered by Ilaria Petito - Turin, Italy.


The Supervisory Body ensures that the Law, Bylaw, and good management principles are respected. This body also verifies that the organization is adequate and that the accountability and management are appropriately performed. They make sure that the social purposes of the company are met, and that the balance is prepared according to existing guidelines. This role is covered by Manuela Origlia, supervisory registry member n. 110951 in g.u. n. 100 of 17/12/1977.

The System Administrator is necessary in Europe to protect personal data. This figures oversees all the softwares, informatic programs and devices, and internet networks; applies security measures against internal and external threats; checks and signs communication protocols; updates devices and programs; trains the staff in terms of privacy related to digital and informatic tools; implements protocols for cyber security. This role is covered by Dr Diego Mele.
